Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Kevin Mwau is a seasoned, financial and management accountant, tax management and business development consultant with over seven (7) years of experience with a background in Bachelor of commerce (accounting major), CPA, business management, cloud accounting, audit and tax management. I am passionate about proper and articulate financial and managerial accounting practices, sound tax planning and management strategies through which, an organization gets solutions to a diverse range of accounting and taxation needs. I have facilitated as a registered Kenya revenue authority (KRA) tax agent numerous tax dispute resolutions and compliance issues, through fostering relationships and understanding the organization’s unique needs and business process, to amicably arrive at solutions and terms of engagement that are favorable to requisite parties. I have similarly purposed and succeeded in training key personnel in organizations, on importance of proper record keeping, and adopting good accounting practices, which reduces and, in most cases, guarantees non-exposure to compliance issues and subsequent litigation, arising from non- compliance. My guiding principle is safeguarding an organization’s investment and its stakeholders’ interests, through proper accounting, tax management and business practices
